What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@kasumee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. As we ship internationally from Tel Aviv, we'll arrange the simplest return option for you and confirm the details by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Israel, including the US.
What are your bags made of?
Our bags are made of genuine cowhide leather.
Will I pay customs duties?
Possibly. Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid by the recipient on delivery. As a small business, we're unable to prepay them, so please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Who is behind Kasumee?
We're a small family business from Tel Aviv. Katia founded the brand, her mom, a fashion designer and pattern maker, creates the patterns, and her husband, a UI/UX designer, shapes the look of everything you see. Kasumee was born after a trip to Tokyo, inspired by Japanese street style and minimalism.
