1. Products and Orders
All items, including leather bags and scarves, are produced in small batches with great care. Please note that colors and measurements may vary slightly. Orders are subject to availability and full payment confirmation.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices on our website are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
You can pay securely via:

Credit card (via Tranzila) – Your card will be charged in USD.

PayPal – You may choose to pay in your local currency, and PayPal will handle the conversion into USD. The availability of local currency options depends on your PayPal account settings and country.
Note: Your bank or PayPal may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction fees, depending on your account settings. Please check with your payment provider for more information.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping
We offer two international shipping options to provide flexibility and convenience:
Standard International Shipping
Delivered via reliable postal partners with full tracking.
Delivery time: 10–20 business days
Free on orders over $150.
Express DHL Shipping
Fast and secure delivery through DHL Express.
Delivery time: 2–6 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
As a small independent label, we cannot support DDP shipping at the moment.
This means that import duties, if applicable, are handled by your local customs authority.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kasumee.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on this site — including images, text, and designs — are the property of Kasumee and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kasumee is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Israeli legal procedures.
